CBX Support & Service Agreements
At CBX, when we install a solution for you, we stand by our work. That’s why we offer a 1-year solution warranty on everything we build. If any of the equipment or software we’ve supplied has an issue during that time, you’re covered — it’s part of the package.
Because your solution might include components from different suppliers (like phones, software, or network gear), we also honour their warranties and wrap them into your 1-year CBX solution warranty.
Need a longer warranty? No problem — we can offer extended equipment warranties at an additional cost. Just speak to your CBX contact for details.


Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
We understand how important reliable support is — that’s why we offer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) designed around your setup and business needs.
Monthly on-site support from our technical team
Custom response times for both remote and on-site support
Support based on the platform you’re using (Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Polycom, etc.)
Billing only applies if you go beyond your agreed support hours
